Safest Way To Target Back Muscles
The PowerLine Lat Machine allows you to train your upper and middle back muscles with complete safety, and is best used in conjunction with my MuscleNOW bodybuilding program (which teaches you exactly how to train and eat for muscle building). Although you can train the middle back muscles using a barbell or dumbbells, there is a far greater chance of lower back injury when doing so, since you are bending over when performing rows with no back support, whereas with the PowerLine Lat Machine, you can sit, maintaining perfect posture while performing a rowing exercise using the built-in low pulley. Many use chin-ups to train the lats, but adding resistance requires using a dipping harness, which does not compare with the safety and convenience of merely changing the amount of weight used on your PowerLine Lat Machine. One of the two most crucial pieces of home equipment for developing my own body (building over 60 pounds of muscle without supplements or drugs) has been a lat machine with built-in low pulley, which is exactly what PowerLine offers with this unit. No need for a gym membership when you can perform all necessary exercises at home! The other device that has been very helpful to me when training alone is the Power Rack, which you can see by clicking here.
Train Your Triceps Too!
A PowerLine Lat Machine also allows you to perform triceps pushdown, which target the outer head of your triceps muscle, and are one of my recommended MuscleNOW bodybuilding program exercises. Not only can you train the middle and upper back with safety, but also target your triceps, all without leaving your home!
Perfect Equipment For Those
Who Train Alone
In my many years of bodybuilding, I have found gym memberships to be expensive and inconvenient, so have always made a commitment to train at home, alone. If you feel the same way, then a PowerLine Lat Machine will greatly assist in achieving your goal of building massive, muscular back muscles, and also target your triceps for growth. This equipment will last for many years, and having the ability to train in your own home greatly improves the likelihood that you will remain consistent and dedicated.
