These plates have three grips on them making them easy to pick up and move around. Olympic "Wide Flange" 3 hole grip VTX plates for all Olympic bars. Gray finish. Available in sizes 2.5, 5, 10, 25, 35, 45, and 100 pound. 2.5, 5, 10, and 100 pound plates do not have grips.
